Bloomies Friends and Family 20% Off

Bloomingdales is hosting a friends and family event from Thursday, Nov.13 from Sunday Nov. 16th. You can presale items now. You don't need a coupon, store credit card or any friends to get the 20% discount. Just mention that you're in-the-know and your discount will be applied.

The 20% might not sound so good but when staked on top of the current 30% promotion it brings the total savings up to 44% on many items. What's even better is that there are no restrictions during friends and family so you can go crazy on cosmetics and ...Chanel?!

Clarification:
The cosmetic departments are NOT taking part in the F&F, however many counters are giving away gifts. I know, cash is better than gifts!

Now Chanel: They ARE taking part in friends and family but in the form of gift cards. For every $250 you spend they will give you a $50 gift card. So it's like 20% back in the form of gift cards.

Hi,

Love your blog! I didn't know Bloomies carried Chanel. Are you able to confirm the 20% off discount. How great would that be. Thanks!

Hi,

Are you sure the F&F discount include cosmetics? I received the 20% invite card and remembered that cosmetics are excluded.

sometimes this blog misrepresent the sales. kinda annoying when i call up stores and they say different things. like cosmetics being part of F&F

Cosmetics are always part of Saks friends and family sale so I would think Bloomingdales would include them too...

I doubt Chanel bags are 20% off, stores cannot discount them without Chanel company approval.

Ladies, pleaze!

This sale stuff isn't a perfect science. A lot of it is hearsay because it's not public information. You are right about the cometic department: They are NOT taking part in the F&F, however many counters are giving away gifts. I know, cash is better than gifts!

Okay?

Now Chanel: They ARE taking part in friends and family but in the form of gift cards. For every $250 you spend they will give you a $50 gift card. So it's like 20% back in the form of gift cards.

Hope this helps clarify.
