The snob in me instantly says there is nothing at Macy's I would buy, but then I thought about the home department and said okay. However 10% off is not worth dealing with the tourists, especially when I can use a 20% off coupon at Bed Bath and Beyond and stay a lot closer to home.
I was there on Sunday and it wasn't crowded at all apart from the main floor. I stocked up on some cute lingerie basics - Calvin Klein, Armani and DKNY - at 25% off. It was well worth it.
I’m a fashion/business journalist turned blogger. New York Magazine, ABC News, Smart Money and The Wall Street Journal are just a few stops that have prepared me for this particular endeavor. I’m writing on my time about what I know best: Shopping. No sale is too private. No brand too aspirational. I’m breaking it down and dishing the best deals—and we’re not talking just sample sales. This is the real deal gurl!
Krizia shoes for $50. Check. Prada 90% off. Check. Louboutin friends and family. Check.
You get the picture.
