Neiman Marcus Last Call 90% Off

Last month, we noticed that the Neiman Marcus winter collection was sent to the Last Call discount store. The markdown was 80% off but now they are really blowing the doors off as the reductions. Even the fanciest designer clothing has hit 90% off.

Over this way, we found a Saint Laurent one-shoulder top with an oversized 80s-style bow for $373 from $3000, Valentino ballet flats with ballet ankle wraps are $190 from $950 and Saint Laurent studded sunglasses are $152 from $500. This is a little out of left field, but check  out this Christian Lacroix jigsaw puzzle. It makes a great gift with a bottle of wine and it's not even $10 from $35.

This is the discount store's big Easter sale. We haven't been out to a Last Call in some time but we wouldn't be surprised if there were even better finds in the store than online. After all, the stories about finding Chanel at these types of markdowns are even better than the Chanel.

The IT-It: Fringed Bags

There is noting like swaying in the Spring breeze. This season, you can take it literally and let it all hang out with the hottest bag style of the season: Fringe.

Fringed bags are one of those classic styles that is a mainstay on the merry-go-round of trends. They are a bit bohemian, a touch of 70s glamour and have a hint of country Western flare. Calvin Klein lets it hang low in his fringe version of the bucket bag ($2250), Loewe ($1890) and Balenciaga ($2690) paint their logos over the fringe and even Prada's Glace Etiquette ($2200) has grown some long sway.

Some less expensive options include this Alexander Wang 'Dustbag' that's $695,  Diana von Furstenberg offers up a colorful raffia fringe ($598) and here is a studded fringe tote from Gum that's only $144.

As for styling tips, we would only suggest pairing your new 'stings' with some great oversized 70s style glasses. This way you can hide when your bag whips about as you briskly walk away.

Shopbop's First Big Markdown

Online retailers don't quite run sale season the same way traditional store calendars negotiate markdowns. Shopbop for example, just started what we would consider, the first big round of markdowns. Meanwhile, most products are still full price at nearly everywhere you shop.

Digging in, we went straight for the designer merchandise. There Gucci sunglasses are $231 from $385 a Nina Ricci spring blue sweater is $570 from $980 and high-rise Citizen jeans with a frayed hem are $200 from $288. Check out this deconstructed trench from Milly ($626 from $900) it's very transitional and versatile. It has detachable arms and the bottom half can be removed to morph into a cropped jacked.

Of course, there are the more reduced items from seasons past. Some newcomers in the 70% off area are this Veronica Beard shearling jacket that's $688 from nearly $2300. A Dion Lee mini-dress is $235 from $785. A box pleat Kelly green dress from Edit is $147 from $490.

If the item you're watching isn't included in this markdown it is likely to be added in the next sale drop. Usually the site adds another batch of merchandise to its sale during the first week of April.

Raf Simons Calvin Klein at 70% Less

Raf Simons is clearly steering Calvin Klein in a new direction. The rebranded Calvin Klein collection, which is oddly called CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC, offers customers classic American tropes with Raf's personal provocation.

There are so many pieces we love from the main collection that it's hard to count. One of our favorite-favorites is a classic trench with detonable sleeves ($2700). When the belt is properly synched the bottom turns into a dramatic swing style. (The pictures don't do it justice.) The spring collection also included lots of pants with side stripes $850 and Western-style tops ($640).

Those with a keen fashion eye don't need to wait for markdown season to wear Raf's newest collections. Shoppers can bypass the 'Collection' prices and go straight to Macy's where lots of lookalikes are a fraction of the price. Jeans with a side stripe are just $128 and this Western-style tops are $118. This denim style is already reduced to just $35.

Granted, I'm unlikely to find that dramatic trench coat at Macy's but these other items make it really hard to rationalize the spending 205W39NYC prices. We even found the splatter paint denim at Macy's and these heels (in red not the black) have Raf's thumbprints all over them.

We love the idea of going with the Macy's version on some of these items. It's the all-American fashion dream.

Neiman Marcus New Arrivals Hit 80% Off

We were very excited when Neiman Marcus added new merchandise to their sale section. Then today, the discounts went lower with an extra 20% off promotion to sale merchandise.

Upon browsing, we found a Delpozo dress for $400 from $2000, a Calvin Klein 205W39NYC skirt reduced to $290 from $1450 and Redemption mini-dress, distinguished by Kendal Jenner, is $380 from $1900. The discount among the shoes isn't quite as high and sizes are scarce but it still makes sense to cherry pick. Balenciaga nude heels are $250 from $700, Prada slides are $315 from about $875 and Manolo sandals are $270 from $745.

The Neiman Marcus promotion started today and will run through Wednesday at 10am est. We suggest you take advantage while the opportunity presents itself. It might take some digging and sorting but there are some great treasures. The next similar promotion will take place in mid-April.

MyTheresa Sale Hits 80% Off

Nobody does European fashion quite like, well, Europeans. The selection is always a little different than what you will find around home and the styling is done with an extra twist of creativity. The best part is that the sale selection is always different than what you would find at home.

Right now, MyTheresa is hosting a promotion where sale merchandise is discounted an additional 30% off. This floral print Stella McCartney skirt is reduced to about $200 from $950, a David Coma dress is $360 from $1713, Christopher Kane floral appliqué jeans are $370 from $1745 and an Amiri 'Lovers' tee is $70 from $325.

Outside of the most reduced items there are lots of bags and shoes that are almost equally as tempting. Here is a Tom Ford bag reduced to $1120 from $2290, a velvet bag from No21 is $320 from $736 and a JW Anderson Pierce bag with fringe is about $500 from $1450. Among the shoes are these Miu Miu platform sandals with studs for $300 from $950, clear Yeezy thigh-high boots are $400 from $950 and Jacquemus pumps are $200 from $585.

This promotion only runs through Friday. MyTheresa isn't one of those sites that has a new markdown every day. We suggest you take the time to look now and make your purchase before the extra discount opportunity expires.

ShopBop Discounts Up to 75% Off

It's hard to celebrate a snow day in March but we have a great indoor activity idea. Starting today, Shopbop began a promotion where you can save extra 25% off sale merchandise. Use the code SOEXTRA when checking out to engage the additional discount.

Over this way we found J Brand leather leggings that are reduced all the way down to $240 from $1000. We love these star shape earrings that come to $70 after the promotion from $146. How about an IRO leather biker jacket reduced down to $360 from $1500? Aquazzura red low boots are $200 from $825.

We always love these sales to stock up on denim trends. Here are cropped Joe's jeans with a frayed hem that come to about $100 from $200, exaggerated cuffed jeans from Ksubi are $95 from $280 and black denim from Paige with front slits at the ankles are $110 from $239.

The promotion runs through Thursday. It's all over at the strike of midnight. That's midnight Pacific Time, which gives us East Coasters a few extra hours to shop and wish for Spring.

Last Chance: Red Valentino & Valentino Up to 80% Off

It's still freezing outside but, technically, Spring starts on Tuesday. To celebrate the new season, Global Fashions is offering one more  shopping opportunity before it closes it's doors to the public. The exclusive importer of Red Valentino and Valentino has agreed to give Mad-Spy readers two more days of access to its showroom.

The discounts are the same as the last sale; Clothing is 80% off and shoes and handbags are reduced 70% off. We noticed that many items were restocked from the last sale but also some new standouts.

Among the new assortment, we found a hot pink and camo Rockstud bag for about $700 from $2300, a cross body bright pink rocketed bag is $390 from $1295 and a camo makeup pouch is only $150 from nearly $500. Click over to browse pictures.

Bags and shoes are always the main draw, but we had amazing luck when sorting through the racks of Valentino stock and samples. A wool-cashmere blend Valentino trench-style coat with a Rockstud belt is $1400 from nearly $7000. (Someone please buy it so that I don't have to.) A Red Valentino brocade coat is only $140 from $700 and comes in black or green. (I prefer the green but you can't go wrong with the black.) A perfectly demure camisole $90 from $395 (it will go great alone with jeans or pants or under a blazer or sweater.) A blush Valentino leather jacket with black lace accents is $1400 from $7435. (It's a Valentino classic.) Pictures of these items and more are straight this way.

The sale also has a great assortment of clothing, shoes and backpacks for men. We were especially taken with a Valentino black trench with black stud detailing that comes to $800 from $3950. It's really editorial perfection.

This is the last time Global Fashions will allow customers into their showroom for the season. The sale will only run for two days. Sizes and stock are limited. Don't miss this opportunity for amazing fashion at incredible prices.

LN-CC Discount's 60%: Gucci, YSL, Fendi, Vetements

LN-CC, which is based in Florence, has started to become a regular surfing destination. The site has a wonderful editorial-like curation and the merchandise is not what you would find on a normal mass market consumer site. The best part of the site is that the sale merchandise is scouted even more. Right now you can save an extra 20% off great brands like Gucci, Saint Laurent, Vetements, Ellery and Jacquemus when using the code FINAL20.

Over this way we found this ruffled Ellery top already discounted 70%. After the promotional discount it's just $100 from $440. A Saint Laurent Betty Boop tee is $280 from $780, a Gucci bomber with floral decals is $900 from $2250, a Fendi coat is about $800 from $2140 and we really love this Vetements sweatshirt but it's still $680.

Check out this wide-brim sun hat from Kreuzzz that's $150 from $410. Here are Acme booties with a white heel that come to about $300 from $740 and those famous Nikki Saint Laurent boots (the $10,000 style without the crystals) are $600 from $1485.

The sale selection for men is just as good. Browsing the site is really like taking a walk through a wonderfully curated European boutique. Don't forget to say thank you (or damn you) once you're as hooked as we are.

The Outnet's Extra Discounts 85% Off

We recently reported that The Outnet was clearing out old merchandise in a online blowout sale. Today, the sale got even better and additional discounts bring some items to nearly 85% off retail. For an extra15% off sale prices, use the code FURTHERS at checkout.

There wasn't much when the sale started but it looks like  many items were just recently added to the sale. Some the new standouts include, a Balmain dress for $500 from $2000, an Edie Parker bag for $330 from $1600 and a white Cushnie et Oches gown for $300 from $3300. Prada high boots for $390 from $2160 feel like a no-brainer.

The bulk of our purchase was among the in-house brand, Iris & Inc. We have always admired the quality and we just couldn't resist once accounted for the discount upon discount. You can never go wrong with leather pants. The Iris & Inc leather stretch pants come in black, blue and red and are under $200 each. This cold-scolder top is only $35 from $100 and this cashmere turtleneck is under $100.

Take note, everything is final sale and not returnable. The clearance event will end on Monday, March 19th at 6pm est. The next big OutNet clearance sale usually takes place in July.

Yoox Clearance Hits 80% Off

It's amazing that Yoox bought Net-a-Porter and hasn't engaged that expertise to ease the shopping experience. Shopping on Yoox is a disaster. There is just too much merchandise. Sorting is difficult at times and understanding the pricing structure is nearly impossible.

Nonetheless, the site does offer some great deals from time-to-time. Well, this is the time. Since Yoox is Italian we always like to start out searching for the Italian designers. We found this red Miu Miu dress reduced to about $300 from $1400, a tweed Miu Mia skirt is $80 from $640 and ankle boots are $190 from $590.

Among the Prada assortment there is this plaid skirt that's $330 from $1450, another skirt with silver piping (which I have and love) is $180 from $1350 and this mini-dress is $400 from $1550. Check out this adorable Valentino mini-dress, which is just $650 from $2400 and this iconic valance print dress is $600 from $3300.

Moving across the EU, there is a Comme des Garcons belted coat for $460 from $1800, Maison Margiela ankle boots are about $100 from $690 and a dramatic Yohji Yamamoto hat is $300 from $1305. Clearly, it's easiest to sort the 1600 pages of product by designer and then by size.

Take note, this sale will only run for one day and ends March 15. We don't see these extra 25% off Yoox sales too often. We wish they offered that discount more frequently. On another note, we've noticed that the site will email you a code if you leave an item in your 'Dream Box' for a few days.

Forzieri Warehouse Sale 90% Off

European online luxury store, Forzieri is hosting a warehouse sale where many items are reduced 90% off after a 20% off promotional discount. Just enter the code ETR20 to engage the additional discount.

The sale includes an assortment of great designer shoes, accessories and home decor items for men and women. Among the most heavily reduced sale items are lots of shoes from Balmain, Pucci, Moschino and Oscar de la Renta. Balmain suede ankle boots are $270 from almost $1119, print Moschino ankle boots are $225 from nearly $920 and Nicholas Kirkwood heels are $250 from $780.

Surprisingly enough, there are a considerable amount of bags that are also highly reduced. This Rocksanda geometric clutch is $270 from $815, an Olympia Le-Tan 'Murder Book' bag is $700 from almost $2170, a Pucci shoulder bag is $510 from $1578. This JW Anderson, Pierce bag isn't as reduced but $800 from $1450 isn't bad.

There is usually one more markdown before the end of the season but the promotion discount goes away. We would suggest making a purchase now because time will only lead to more sell outs.

New Arrivals: RedValentino & Valentino Up to 80% Off

Another impending snow storm makes Spring shopping seem a little less sunny but you are not going to want to miss this flash-sale opportunity from Global Fashions. The exclusive importer of RedValentino and Valentino has agreed to give Mad-Spy readers access to its showroom for two days only.

Once escorted upstairs, shoppers will find a variety of deeply discounted new Spring arrivals. Clothing is 80% off and shoes and handbags are reduced to 70% off. Some of the highlights include, raspberry Rockstud heels that are reduced to $360 from $1195 and classic black flats are about the same price. You can see pictures from inside the showroom right here.

A 'MyRockstud Top Handle' bag with butterflies is incredibly beautiful and timeless. After the discount it comes to about $1100 from $3795 and a classic Rockstud Glam with a camo print is about $750 from $2495. Pictures are right this way.

The full-line Valentino is always beautiful but we found ourselves especially drawn to the RedValentino because of it's great Spring style and affordability-- especially at 80% off. You can truly build a gorgeous wardrobe off these racks and it won't cost you much more than Zara!

We fell in love with a rainbow lace dress that comes to $250 from $1220, a classic dainty jacket with scallop print detail is $160 from $795 and a perforated summer dress is just $180. You really can't beat that. There are also plenty of RedValentino bags and shoes priced at 70% off retail. There are pictures here.

This is the first time Global Fashions has allowed customers into their showroom to shop from their most current season. The sale will only run for two days. Sizes and stock are limited. Don't let a little snow slow you down.

Saks Private Surprise Sale: 70% Off Valentino, Moncler & Baleniaga

It's technically not a sale season but it appears as if retailers are quietly liquidating leftover merchandise online. Saks Fifth Avenue is running a 72-hour private flash sale where you can save 70% on designer labels. You need to use this link to view the sale.

Over this way, we found a Moncler shearling coat that is reduced to $2000 from $6500 and over this way is a velvet quilted style that's $500 from $1145. There is actually a better assortment of men's Moncler styles but the discounts aren't as high. (We suggest keeping an eye on those.)

Other designer standouts include this Valentino floral print dress that's $1500 from $5000, a Fendi bell-sleeve dress is $700 from $2450, a Vetements puffer is $1000 and change from $3039 and this RedValentino studded leather jacket feels like a steal at $800 from $2700.

This sale will only run through Monday, March 12. We assume there will be similar promotions in the future but we don't know when. We were actually surprised by the generous markdowns and the number of viable purchase options. If only we didn't have to choose!

The It-It: Spring Slingbacks

Every season requires a new shoe trend. After all, if there weren't a new shoe, there would be nothing for us to buy. For Spring, we are going crazy for the classic slingback. You know, those pointy toe shoes with an open heel.

This season, the most fashionable variety features a low or kitten heel and a pointed toe. The trend started when Dior's slingbacks hit the Spring 2017 runway. Their ladylike pointed toes and contemporary "J'ADIOR"-branded ribbons made them a huge hit among the fashion set. The $895 slingbacks have become a staple of the fashion house and haven't officially been put on sale. We scored a pair from this eBay seller for about $700.

Another seasonal highlight is the Prada slingback for $750. We might like them even better than the Dior for it's utilitarian feel. The two-tone combination is a perfect way to slide into spring. We are hoping to snag a pair during the first markdown but we are worried because sizes are already selling out.

Manolo Blahnik ($755) always offers a classic slingback. The best part is that they are comfortable to wear for 10 to 15 hours. You can't say that about most other shoes. Nicholas Kirkwood ($795) is another designer that offers a notoriously comfortable slingback option. We would be remiss to omit Louboutin ($795), which is always a classic beauty.

If you're looking for a higher heel, Saint Laurent ($645) is your answer. We especially love the white. Vetements offers a version that is architecturally beautiful but very pricey at $1150. The Loewe slingback ($890) features an 'egg' built into the heel and Aquazzura has a jeweled style for $895.

As you can see, there is no shortage of slingbacks from which to choose. Actually, choosing just one will prove to be the harder undertaking.

The OutNet Disappoints Even at 85% Off

Twice a year, The Outnet cleans out it's designer closet with blowout prices. Surprise! The sale started today and the discounts range up to 85% off.

There aren't as many temptations as usual, which is a good thing for our wallets. Some of the splurge possibilities include this ruffled Balmain skirt that's $700 from $4600, a long coat from Calvin Klein collection is $582 from $3883 and a Haider Ackermann leather bomber jacket is $540 from $3574.

There are so many shoes that it's best just to sort by your size. If you're a size 9 go for these Francesco Russo lattice patterned ankle boots that are $200 from $1350, Sergio Rossi suede ankle boots are a size 7 and come to just $123 or loafers from The Row are $188 from $1250. Last year, we found a large assortment of Christian Louboutin. No such luck this time around.

There are essentially no bags in the sale and accessories options are limited. We usually love this sale but, this year, it's kind of a bust. It might be worth some digging as part of a snowy day activity but we have an empty basket even after two hours of looking.

Neiman Marcus Begins Extra Discounts 85% Off

Yesterday, we reported that Bergdorf Goodman was running an online promotion where discounted merchandise was an additional 20% off. It's no surprise that Neiman Marcus wouldn't be undersold by it's little sister and started a similar promotion today.

The thing is that the selection is entirely different at Neiman Marcus. As a matter of fact, there are many more designer options available from the parent company. Over here is a dramatic Givenchy peplum tunic that's only $300 from $1500. A Narciso Rodriguez double-face cashmere duster is $600 from $3000, a Thierry Mugler high-slit skirt is $216 from $1080 and a summery Brandon Maxwell mini-dress is $480 from $1400.

Among the shoes we found Balenciaga logo print low boots for $300 from $945 and Thomas Maier fur slides are $464 from $450.

This promotion will run through Saturday, March 10. We might see a series of these extra discount promotions in the coming weeks but it's unlikely new merchandise will be added and size availability is already running low. It's probably not a good idea to take a pass on something you might really want.

Bergdorf Goodman Online Sale 80% Off

We were very excited about the sales at Bergdorf Goodman this year. The discounts were great and the additional promotions made it nearly impossible to resist buying more and more. (I suppose that's a mixed blessing.) The good thing (or bad thing) is that sale season is continuing online.

Right now, you can shop Bergdorf Goodman's online clearance department and save an additional 20% off. The big treat is that the online clearance section is scattered with great designer items and once you add extra discount, the total markdown tops 85% on some items.

The best part is that we fount a lot of fashion that's perfect for Spring. Over this way, we already grabbed  this bomber jacket from Opening Ceremony that comes to just $114 from $575. (Off-White might be cooler but it's not worth $1400 more.) Over here are Fendi Cuttout glasses that are $200 from $570 and this two-tone style is just $141 from $400. White velvet Manolos are $388 from $700, floral print Balenciaga pumps are $400 from $1000 and this Carolina Herrera cocktail dress is $537 from $2700.

There are also some great luxe items from the winter collections still available. Take this houndstooth double-breasted coat with a fur collar that's $600 from $1500, a Calvin Klein faux fur/ PVC trench coat combination comes to $1118 from nearly $4000 and this Balenciaga chain print dress is reduced about 80% off.

The promotion will run through Wednesday. Bergdorf doesn't do these extra 20% off sales too often. We suggest you take advantage while the opportunity presents itself. It might take some digging and sorting but there are some great treasures.

Nordstrom Sale: Moncler 40% Off

Most people have been so distracted by fashion month that shopping has been brushed aside. As part of the back-to-reality process we started to surf online stores while still keeping an eye the new fashion reveals. We were excited to find that Nordstrom is hosting a late winter clearance sale where discounts are about 40% off.

One of the highlights include the Moncler selection. This floral print puffer is $950 from $1600 and this logo sweater is $360 from $600. We love this wool coat with floral appliqués from Paskal that's $650 from %1100.

The biggest trend for denim, going into the Spring, is a front ankle slit. A pair from Frame is perfect and reduced 40%. This 'I Want to Hold Your Hand' denim top from Alice & Olivia is reduced to $236 from $400. Sock sneakers are another huge trend for Spring but styling them can be difficult. Try them with a boyfriend cut jean and bonus points for some holes and rips. These Current Elliot jeans are great for $166 from $245.

As the saying goes, 'See something, Say Something.' If you see an item for less at another store, we suggest calling Nordstrom operators and they will price match and even sometimes even add an extra shopping incentive. It's just a nice little perk.

Bogner's (Uptown) Sample Sale Up to 75% Off

Yesterday was a harsh reminder that Winter is not over. March can be as tricky as a sleeping tiger. One day it's sunny and warm, the next is a snowy Nor'easter.

It's a good thing our favorite skiwear brand, Bogner is hosting a sample sale in the neighborhood. Through the weekend, shoppers can expect to find savings of up to 75% off seasonal styles from the most recent collection. Expect to find great deals on items like stylish moon boots, Aprés ski looks and colorful and sporty jackets.

The fur boots might be more Aspen worthy than the city streets, but are a great deal for $500 from $1260. You can click over this way to see pictures.

We suggest you take advantage of these discounts before the next surprise snow storm hits. You know if you don't, you will regret it next Winter.

Bags started at $299 for mini-sizes and ranged to $1100 for a python PS11. Mini PS11s in assorted metallic colors were priced at $499 medium PS1's in a variety of colors were also $499 and the smaller size was $450. Shoes ranged in price from $99 to $200. You can click this way to see details from the last sale. We expect prices will be about the same at this sale and there might be even more merchandise considering that the Madison Avenue boutique closed this Winter.
